Theme: “Built for Responsibility, Not Comfort”
Good morning, CETM family.
Let us begin this week with clarity and honesty.
CETM College of Theology is not a place of comfort.
It is a place of construction.
God did not bring you here to make life easier.
He brought you here to make you stronger, wiser, deeper, and ready.
Because ministry is not easy.
You will counsel broken families.
You will stand beside hospital beds.
You will preach to people who doubt, question, and sometimes resist truth.
You will serve when you are tired.
You will pray when answers delay.
And on those days, your degree will not sustain you.
Your character will.
That is why this season matters.
Every lecture is shaping your thinking.
Every assignment is sharpening your discipline.
Every challenge is strengthening your faith.
Whether you attend classes physically in the college or online from your home, remember this:
God is training you, not just educating you.
CETM is not producing spectators.
We are raising shepherds.
We are forming leaders.
We are building servants of conviction.
So this Monday:
Be serious about your growth.
Be intentional with your time.
Be faithful in the small tasks.
Because small faithfulness prepares you for great responsibility.
Walk into this week knowing this truth:
You are not here by accident.
You are not here just to study.
You are here because God is preparing you for lives that will depend on your obedience.
Stand tall. Study hard. Pray deeply. Serve humbly.
Your calling is greater than your comfort.
