CETM COLLEGE OF THEOLOGY – MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH
Theme: “Pressure Is Part of the Process”
Good morning, CETM family.
Let me speak to you honestly today.
If you feel pressure, you are not alone.
If you feel stretched, you are not failing.
If you feel challenged, you are not misplaced.
You are being prepared.
Pressure is not your enemy.
Pressure is the environment where strength is built.
At CETM College of Theology, you are not being trained for easy assignments.
You are being prepared to carry real responsibilities — to guide people, to speak truth, to stand firm when others are uncertain.
And that kind of leadership cannot be formed in comfort.
It is formed when you keep studying even when your mind is tired.
It is formed when you keep praying even when you feel empty.
It is formed when you remain disciplined even when no one is watching.
Whether you are attending classes physically or studying online, the process is the same:
Consistency under pressure produces maturity.
Do not run from the challenge of this season.
Lean into it.
Because what feels heavy today is increasing your capacity for tomorrow.
CETM is shaping you into someone who can stand, lead, and serve with conviction.
So this week:
Stay focused when it is difficult.
Stay faithful when it is quiet.
Stay disciplined when it is inconvenient.
And remember:
You are not being broken.
You are being built.
Walk into this week with strength and purpose.
With gratitude,
