‎CETM COLLEGE OF THEOLOGY ANNOUNCES THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SCHOOL OF CHURCH ACCOUNTING & ETHICS

‎The Office of the College President is pleased to inform the Pro-Chancellor, Directors, College Provost, Principal Officers, members of the CETM Academic Community, and the General Public that CETM College of Theology, Benin City, Nigeria, is set to establish a fourth academic school known as the School of Church Accounting & Ethics.

‎This strategic development forms part of the College’s vision and mission to equip Christian leaders for effective ministry and stewardship, while advancing its commitment to raising Godly leaders for the Church and society.

‎As part of the College’s ongoing curriculum and program development initiatives, the Office of the College President is committed to pioneering a transformative model of Christian Vocational Education that integrates theological principles with practical leadership and financial stewardship. Through this initiative, CETM seeks to reshape the global narrative of Christian education by preparing competent and ethical church leaders equipped for contemporary ministry challenges.

‎To achieve this objective, the College is developing a comprehensive curriculum that will enable the School of Church Accounting & Ethics to offer a Bachelor of Ministry (B.Min.) in Church Accounting.

‎About the Program

‎The School of Church Accounting & Ethics is a newly established academic unit within CETM College of Theology dedicated to providing specialized training in Church Accounting, Ethics, Financial Stewardship, and Christian Leadership.

‎The School shall offer a two-year Bachelor of Ministry (B.Min.) in Church Accounting through a flexible Distance Learning System, designed to accommodate clergy, church workers, ministry leaders, teachers, and church accounting professionals across the globe.

‎The program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate faith, stewardship, accountability, and ethical financial management as platforms for effective Christian service and leadership.

‎Admission Requirements

‎Applications are invited from qualified candidates who possess any of the following:

‎- A recognized High School Diploma or Secondary School Certificate with evidence of certification; or
‎- A Diploma in Ministry or other relevant professional or theological qualifications.

‎In addition, applicants should possess a minimum of three (3) years of ministry experience or related Christian service experience.

‎Admission Timeline

‎Opening of Applications: 1 August 2026

‎Closing Date for Applications: 30 October 2026

‎Prospective applicants are encouraged to submit their applications within the stipulated period.
