CETM COLLEGE OF THEOLOGY – MONDAY STRATEGIC ADDRESS
Theme: “What You Repeat, You Become”
Good morning, CETM.
Every day, you are becoming someone.
Not because of what you intend to become, but because of what you repeatedly do.
Character is not built in a single moment.
It is built through repeated choices.
Integrity is repeated.
Discipline is repeated.
Excellence is repeated.
Prayer is repeated.
Study is repeated.
Likewise, procrastination is repeated.
Excuses are repeated.
Negligence is repeated.
And eventually, repetition becomes identity.
At CETM College of Theology, we are not simply educating minds; we are shaping habits that will define ministries for decades to come.
The pastor who preaches with confidence first learned to study consistently.
The leader who inspires others first learned to govern himself.
The teacher who changes lives first committed to being teachable.
Therefore, ask yourself this Monday:
What am I repeating?
Am I repeating the habits that prepare me for God’s calling?
Or the habits that quietly weaken my potential?
This week, choose your repetitions wisely.
Repeat discipline.
Repeat excellence.
Repeat faithfulness.
Repeat growth.
Because your future ministry will not be built by occasional moments of brilliance.
It will be built by daily habits of consistency.
The life you repeatedly live today is the life you will eventually lead tomorrow.
With gratitude,
Dr. Simão Domingos Sebastião
