CETM COLLEGE OF THEOLOGY
MONDAY MOTIVATIONAL ADDRESS
Theme: “Faithfulness in the Process”
Dear CETM Family,
As we begin another week, I want to remind every student, faculty member, and servant of this institution of one important truth:
You do not have to see the entire road to take the next step.
Sometimes, we become discouraged because we cannot yet see the results of our efforts. We study, we pray, we work, we serve, and yet the destination seems far away.
But growth does not always announce itself.
A seed grows beneath the soil before anyone sees the tree.
A foundation is built beneath the ground before anyone admires the building.
Likewise, God often develops His servants in seasons where the progress is invisible to others.
Your present season may be preparing you for an assignment that you cannot yet see.
Therefore, do not underestimate today’s responsibilities.
That assignment you consider small may be developing your discipline.
That difficult course may be strengthening your thinking.
That challenging experience may be developing your character.
That season of waiting may be teaching you patience.
And that academic journey you are undertaking today may become the foundation of tomorrow’s ministry.
At CETM College of Theology, we are not simply pursuing academic achievements.
We are preparing men and women who will carry knowledge into ministry, wisdom into leadership, truth into their communities, and hope into the lives of others.
Therefore, do not study merely for a certificate.
Study to become equipped.
Do not seek leadership merely for a position.
Seek leadership for service.
Do not pursue knowledge merely for recognition.
Pursue knowledge so that you can become a blessing to others.
This week, remain faithful to the process.
When it becomes difficult, keep going.
When progress seems slow, keep going.
When nobody notices your effort, keep going.
When you are tempted to give up, remember why you started.
Your preparation today is connected to your impact tomorrow.
Keep learning.
Keep growing.
Keep praying.
Keep serving.
Keep believing.
The journey may not always be easy, but every faithful step is taking you closer to the person and leader you are becoming.
May God grant every member of the CETM family wisdom, strength, discipline, and renewed vision for the week ahead.
Let us continue to learn with purpose, serve with humility, and lead with integrity.
Together, we continue to raise Godly Leaders for the Church and the Nations.
Have a blessed, productive, and purpose-filled week.
With warm regards,
