CETM family,
There is a reason you are here.
Not everyone feels called to ministry.
Not everyone is willing to prepare for spiritual leadership.
Not everyone accepts the weight of responsibility that comes with truth.
But you did.
And that decision matters.
The world we live in is confused.
Truth is questioned.
Convictions are diluted.
Commitment is rare.
This is why your preparation at CETM College of Theology is serious business.
You are not studying for decoration.
You are not here for a title.
You are being prepared to stand in the gap — between confusion and clarity, between brokenness and restoration, between doubt and faith.
That requires strength.
Strength of mind — to understand Scripture deeply.
Strength of character — to live what you preach.
Strength of spirit — to endure when leadership becomes lonely.
This week, do not approach your studies casually.
Read with intention.
Think critically.
Pray sincerely.
Lead yourself with discipline.
Because one day, someone will depend on the conviction you build now.
Do not shrink from responsibility.
Grow into it.
CETM is not simply training ministers.
It is shaping guardians of truth.
Stand firm.
Stand disciplined.
Stand ready.
Your calling deserves nothing less.
