Dear CETM Family,
Many people desire success, but few appreciate what it truly requires.
Success is rarely the result of one extraordinary moment. More often, it is the product of ordinary actions repeated consistently over time.
A single day of studying does not make an excellent student.
One prayer does not build a strong spiritual life.
One act of kindness does not define a servant leader.
It is consistency that shapes character, develops competence, and prepares us for greater responsibilities.
At CETM College of Theology, every lecture you attend, every assignment you complete, every chapter you read, and every lesson you learn contributes to the person you are becoming.
Never underestimate the value of small, faithful steps.
Progress may seem slow, but every effort made with diligence moves you closer to your purpose.
Do not compare your journey with someone else’s.
Instead, focus on becoming better than you were yesterday.
This week, make consistency your priority.
Study even when you do not feel like studying.
Pray even when life becomes busy.
Serve even when no one is watching.
Learn even when the process seems difficult.
Remember, God often entrusts greater opportunities to those who remain faithful in the small things.
Keep building.
Keep growing.
Keep believing.
Your consistency today will become your testimony tomorrow.
