🔥 CETM MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH – SPOKEN-WORD MOTIVATION 🔥

Theme: “Step Into the Week Like You Mean It”

Listen, CETM —
before you open your books,
before you check your messages,
before you start running through your to-do list,
I want you to hear this:

You are stepping into a week that won’t wait for the weak.
It won’t pause until you feel ready.
It won’t soften its edges because you are tired.
But it will bow to a determined spirit.

And that spirit is in you.

This week, don’t walk like a student who is “trying.”
Walk like a servant of God who is becoming.
Walk like someone who knows:
Heaven has invested too much in you for you to collapse now.

You may have questions — good.
You may have pressure — better.
You may have doubts — perfect.
Those are the signs that God is building something serious.

Because growth never feels calm.
Calling never feels gentle.
Preparation never feels comfortable.

But hear me:
Grace is not only what saves you —
grace is what strengthens you.

So this week:

Speak with authority.
Study with intention.
Pray with honesty.
Serve with humility.
Move with purpose.

And when resistance shows up —
don’t run.
Don’t shrink.
Don’t doubt your place.

Just say:
“I have work to do, and I will not be delayed.”

CETM, go into this week like someone who knows:
You were chosen.
You were trusted.
You were called.
And you are rising.

Let’s conquer the week — in grace, in strength, and in purpose.

With gratitude,
Dr. Simão Domingos Sebastião
College Deputy President,
